Backlit sparkly dress - Photo Favs 02

An acquaintance came in for a photo shoot. She was a little nervous (that's normal) but look at the image that we created between us!

So what do I like about this photo? So many things!

The backlighting is dramatic, creating a look that you simply don't see in day-to-day life. (And also showing why a professional photographer will always beat a photo on your phone).

The way the dress literally sparkles. The way that the front leg crosses over the rear, creating interesting shapes. The way the photo emphasises that she is long and slim, while remaining totally feminine.
