Pricing – photo shoots and packages

Beautiful photography. No surprises.

A boudoir shoot is a luxury, but it doesn't have to be an extravagant one. At Smoke&Mirrors Studio, we're upfront about our pricing. We offer several ways to experience your shoot and several ways to enjoy your photographs afterwards, so you can choose what works for you.

There is never any hard sell.

You can invest in the complete experience, choose one of our popular packages, or simply create the photographs and decide what you'd like afterwards.

The Experience

Everything starts here.

We'll begin with a pre-session consultation to talk about how you'd like to be photographed, your ideas and what you'd like to wear. We customise all of our photo sessions so that you receive the images, and experience, that you want. Then our professional makeup artist will get you camera-ready before we begin your fully guided studio session.

You'll have around 90 minutes of photography, with professional posing, lighting and plenty of encouragement along the way.

Afterwards, you'll see your photographs in a private reveal and ordering session.

Your Experience includes:

• 90-minute fully guided photo shoot
• Professional photo editing
• Private photograph reveal and ordering session. You can see all of your beautiful photographs, and choose your images for your book, wall art, or digitals

The Experience is $495. Images are additional.

Your images deserve to be printed

We're big believers in printing your images.

There's something very different about seeing a photograph on your wall or holding a photo album in your hands. These aren't images that need to disappear into your phone's camera roll.

We offer handcrafted albums, framed photographs and beautiful fine-art canvasses, all designed to show your images at their best.

Prefer digital images?

Some people prefer digital images. We supply your photos, delivered as digital downloads through a private, password-protected online gallery.

Packages

Many of our clients prefer a package, combining a photo shoot (The Experience, above) with a photo package. We have samples of photo books in our studio available for viewing, and you are most welcome to visit.

The Ultimate package

The Experience (above), plus The Ultimate book, a luxury, hand crafted photo album, custom-made for us by New Zealand’s leading producer of luxury wedding albums. Featuring true photographic prints on a thick card backing. We have a sample book to view in our studio.

The Teaser package

The Experience (above), plus The Teaser book, a 200x200mm (eight inch) photo album, featuring true photographic prints on card backing. The Teaser is a great size – big enough to show your images with impact but small enough to be discrete and hide away. We have a sample book to view in our studio.
